Refund policy

A transaction for purchasing a product can be canceled up to fourteen days after receiving the product, based on the later of the two dates, provided that the product is returned to NOOVI in its original packaging. All in accordance with consumer protection law and regulations.

The responsibility for returning the product intact and in proper condition falls on the ordering customer. The cancellation notice shall be made in writing.

In the event of canceling the transaction due to a defect in the product, non-compliance, or failure to deliver the product on time, NOOVI will refund the customer within fourteen days from the cancellation notice without charging cancellation fees.

In the event of canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect in the product, non-compliance, or failure to deliver the product on time, the customer's payment will be subject to a cancellation fee of one hundred shekels or five percent of the product's price, whichever is lower.

The credit card charged for the transaction will be refunded the price of the returned product. Shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

In the case of an order for a special product for which the customer requested special modifications, or for a product that is not held in continuous stock, this product cannot be returned in accordance with consumer protection law.
